The role

We are looking for a vibrant and organised individual to join us in the role of Personal Assistant providing administrative support across three legal practice areas: Property and Commercial, Trusts and Deceased Estates.  This role is a full-time position, starting immediately.

Some of the responsibilities of the Personal Assistant role includes:

  • file management and administration;
  • AML compliance;
  • liaising with clients and other key contacts;
  • electronic diary and email management;
  • invoicing; 
  • preparing letters and legal documents; and
  • generally supporting the teams to function efficiently and to a high standard.
