After many years on the North Shore, Schnauer & Co Lawyers closed its doors at lunchtime on Friday 11 September 2026.
From 14 September 2026, Muir + Partners has taken over Schnauer & Co’s client files, documents and deeds. Jo-Anne Thomas has joined Muir + Partners from the same date and will continue to work on many of the matters she has been involved in.
If you were a client of Schnauer & Co, you do not need to do anything. Your file, deeds and documents are being transferred and someone will be in touch about your matter. Muir + Partners does the same work Schnauer & Co has always done, from 129 Hurstmere Road in Takapuna, a few minutes from Shea Terrace. We are located at road level, we’re very accessible, and we have underground secure parking, with lift access from the carpark to the office.
