Fiona Gavriel is an experienced senior executive with a strong background in operational leadership across professional services, membership bodies and the non-profit sector. She brings broad expertise in business operations, marketing, finance, compliance, client engagement, IT systems, facilities and governance support. Her focus is on operational improvement to support growth and sustainability.
As General Manager, Fiona brings commercial acumen, sound operational judgement and extensive experience supporting service-based organisations to run effectively and strategically. Her background in professional services and complex stakeholder environments enables her to contribute across a wide range of business functions with a focus on practical delivery, resilience, and continuous improvement. Her priority is to ensure clients are well supported and receive the service they need.
She is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors and Trustee of the NFD Trust which provides grants and scholarships to support NZers who are Deaf or hard of hearing as well as individuals working within the sector.
Outside of work Fiona enjoys spending time with her family particularly her grandchildren, as well as friends. She also attempts to paint from time to time, although none have yet made it onto the wall.
