Account Payment Information

Payment Terms:

Payment may now be required at time of your meeting with us. 

We have EFTPOS and Credit Card facilities available at our reception.

Note: We may require a payment of funds in advance, including prior to any meeting and other additional work required.  If this is required, this payment will be held in our Trust Account and allocated against invoices as issued, as per our Terms of Engagement.

Reference: Please ensure your name and the matter number or invoice number is included in the reference.

  • Surcharge for Credit Card 2.2%
  • No Surcharge for Savings/Cheque Account

Online or phone in Credit Card Payment (Surcharge 2.5%):  Pay online using the link below or phone the office and we can process for you: Available at our reception

Cash: We are unable to accept payment by cash or cheque at our office.  If you wish to pay by cash, please visit your local Westpac branch to deposit cash into our account.  Please take the invoice with you to Westpac when making payment to ensure correct reference details are used.
