Kim Hunt

Kim qualified as a registered legal executive in 2012 shortly after she started working with us.  Prior to working with us, she worked in a number of small firms across both Auckland CBD and for Government agencies.  She is currently half way through her NZ Conveyancing Diploma and she has previously completed Real Estate and Finance and Mortgage Broking qualifications out of general interest and to further enhance her training and skills in property law.  Kim works remotely on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week and her emails are monitored on the days that she is not working by her colleagues in the Property Team

Kim has built strong connections with clients over the ten years that she has been working with us and in particular, she enjoys working with first home buyers.  She often contributes to the Property Blog for the First Home Buyers Club, which Schnauer and Co have partnered with to offer discount rates for members.

Kim has two young children and spends her weekends out and about with her family.
