Rebecca Kroeze

Rebecca has a passion for helping people which is why she choose to specialise in family law, an area she has practiced in for the past 17 years.

Rebecca understands both from personal and professional experience that when it comes to family related matters it can be one of the most emotionally challenging times for our clients and so Rebecca prides herself with providing caring, supportive, and experienced representation.

Rebecca is able to assist you with respect to relationship property matters including negotiating and drafting contracting out or separation agreements, or providing independent advice on an agreement prepared by another firm.  Rebecca can also advise and provide representation for Care of Children, Domestic Violence, Home for Life, Adoption and PPPR matters.  

In her spare time Rebecca is a busy mum to her four children but when she has time to dedicate to her passions she loves to get out in nature hiking and is also a keen baker and cake decorator.
