Trust Property Sales/Transfers Just Got Easier

Good news for families selling or transferring homes held in trusts: the Government is simplifying anti-money laundering checks for low-risk transactions. This will hopefully mean less paperwork and more streamlined transactions. Further details will be announced shortly and we hope that this will include an easy-to-understand interpretation of what a low-risk transaction is.
