Brearn is from Christchurch and completed her studies at the University of Canterbury. She graduated in 2022 and was admitted to the Bar in 2024. Before joining the Schnauer & Co (SCO) team, Brearn worked at a general practice law firm in Remuera, where she developed her strong interest in property law.
Brearn advises on a wide range of property matters, including residential and commercial conveyancing, refinancing, leases, and retirement village occupation rights. She is dedicated to supporting clients through each stage of their transaction, values clear communication and a practical, client focused approach.
Outside of work, Brearn enjoys going for walks, spending time at the gym, and binge watching her favourite TV shows. She loves spending time with friends and family — and never passes up an opportunity to have a sweet treat.
