Bio

Leonie was admitted to the bar in 2002.  After graduating from the University of Auckland Leonie worked as a solicitor for 5 years in the CBD, after which she took a career break to raise her family full-time.  Since having her family Leonie has worked as a solicitor on the North Shore and has over 10 years in experience specialising in Trusts, Estate Planning (complex Wills) and Asset Protection.  

Leonie understands family dynamics and provides her clients with tailored legal advice that aligns with their needs, objectives, interests and values.  Leonie offers guidance on legal matters concerning trusts, asset structuring, and protection, encompassing succession planning that addresses the growing necessity to safeguard financial digital assets, such as cryptocurrencies, from inheritance issues.

In her spare time Leonie loves trying new foods, photography, CrossFit and creating digital art.  She also loves hanging out with her husband and four children at a good surf beach.
