Leonie Reid
As a member of our specialist Trust & Estate planning team, Leonie helps clients create and maintain legal arrangements that ensure a secure future. Her practice involves reviewing trust and estate plans, especially with regard to the Trust Act 2019, forming and winding up trusts, resolving disputes, and preparing contracting-out agreements and complex wills. Leonie finds satisfaction in guiding clients through their options and providing clear advice, aiming to make the process as relaxed and straightforward as possible. Ensuring clients understand their rights and obligations is crucial so they can feel in control of their decisions. One of the most rewarding aspects of her work is helping clients organise their affairs efficiently to ensure a smooth process after they're gone.
Outside of work, Leonie loves spending quality time with her family and friends, particularly at the beach or out on nature walks. She also enjoys discovering new restaurants and boutique eating spots, photography and creating digital art.
Leonie works remotely from Australia and is available for her clients every afternoon (NZT).
